Who I Am
My name is Rahee, and I operate as a multilingual communication node — connecting international teams, partners, leadership, and regional actors across languages so that information is clearly understood, accurately interpreted, and properly executed on all sides.
I work directly with each party in their own language through structured private conversations. Rather than passing messages between parties, I ensure that what is communicated is genuinely understood — and that all sides are operating from the same reality.
I work across English, French, Spanish, German, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Persian — covering operations across East Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Latin America.
All sessions are conducted live, through direct conversation. This allows for a depth of understanding that written communication, email chains, and surface-level translation cannot provide.
All work is conducted with full confidentiality and discretion.
What I Do
International organizations lose speed, money, and trust not because of bad strategy — but because the same information means different things to different people across languages and regions.
I work directly with the people involved — teams, partners, suppliers, leadership, and regional staff — in their own language, to find where understanding breaks down and ensure it is fully restored.
This is not interpretation. Sessions are conversational, iterative, and conducted at a pace that allows for genuine understanding on all sides. Each session builds on the last until full clarity and alignment are reached.
A single case may involve multiple sessions across different languages — often within the same day — working with each party separately to build a complete and accurate picture across all sides.

1. Multilingual Communication Relay
In this session I act as the carrier — taking information from one side and delivering it accurately to the other side or sides in their own language.
The problem this addresses is transmission. Something is not reaching the other side correctly — whether due to language barriers, incomplete communication, or information that is being lost or distorted in transit. I carry it there directly, in the right language, and ensure it lands as intended.
This is not interpretation. I work at a conversational pace, with full understanding of what is being communicated and why, so that nothing is approximated or assumed in the process.

2. Explanation and Alignment
In this session I act as the explanation layer — working with each side in their own language until everyone is operating from the same understanding.
The problem this addresses is interpretation. The information already reached all sides but was understood differently by each party. Goals are misread, responsibilities are unclear, expectations have drifted. I go into each side separately, work through the gaps conversationally, and bring all parties to a shared and accurate understanding.
This is not a surface level clarification. It is the deeper work of ensuring that what each party believes they understood is actually correct — and that everyone is now moving in the same direction.

3. Multilingual Training and Knowledge Transfer
In this session I act as the multilingual bridge between your organization's knowledge and the people who need to apply it.
I am trained on the relevant subject matter first — software, systems, tools, workflows, internal procedures, legal frameworks, business strategy, or any other content — and then conduct live sessions with each team in their own language until full understanding is confirmed and the material can be correctly applied.
The goal is not acknowledgment. The goal is real, working knowledge that transfers accurately across every language involved.

4. On-the-Ground Intelligence
In this session I act as the trusted presence on the ground — having direct, open conversations with regional staff, partners, or operational teams in their own language to understand what is actually happening.
Information flows in both directions. I surface real conditions, uncover what is not being reported, identify where communication has broken down, and bring a complete and accurate picture back to whoever needs it. At the same time, I can carry information and direction into those conversations where needed.
The value of this session is trust. People speak honestly in their own language to someone who is present, not interrogating, and not reporting their identity — only their insight.
All individual conversations remain fully confidential. Findings are structured and delivered in a clear, actionable format.

5. Multi-Directional Communication
In this session I act as the permanent communication node — the point that all parties connect through across languages throughout a complex, extended, or ongoing situation.
This is not a one-time fix. It is continuous coordination across multiple parties — teams, leadership, partners, suppliers, regional actors — ensuring that information, decisions, questions, and feedback move accurately in all directions across all languages involved, for as long as the situation requires.
When the cost of a single miscommunication compounds over time, this is the service that prevents it.

6. Regulatory, Compliance, and Critical Communication Across Languages
In this session I act as the multilingual voice in situations where the stakes of miscommunication are legally, operationally, or critically significant.
This covers scenarios where compliance requirements, regulatory mandates, legal standards, or urgent directives must be understood and acted upon correctly across language regions — and where failure to do so carries serious consequences. A product recall that must reach the right people in Tokyo. A regulatory requirement that must be confirmed across three regions simultaneously. An internal compliance standard that carries legal risk if misapplied.
I engage directly with the relevant parties in their own language, ensure the requirement is fully understood, confirm that the correct action is being taken, and relay the outcome to whoever needs it. All work is conducted with the discretion and urgency the situation demands.
